Very good. I particularly like the 2nd one about flowing through tasks which could be much improved in Drupal. For example when you enable a module or add a new field to a content type, then the permissions options should be right there rather than having to manually go to the permissions page.
Heh, good start. I also like the idea a user should be able to get his basic blog started just as easy as in wordpress. If wanting to do more intricate things, he will probably expect having to dive in deeper. But the first experience should be: this was easy! What’s next?
