to create line: Right click on path while pentool is selected, and click on stoke path. Just if you didn’t know XD
yes, i just found that out too afterwards when i look for another tutorial about pen tool lol!
i found it out…when you use the pen tool at the top under image there are 3 different types…shapes, paths, and fill…click on the paths so it doesnt fill up the inside
yeah mine too, it fills up inside and i cant see what im doing.
Yes, I see you can produce a path but…then what do you do with the path? Can it be filled in? Can you create an outline with it?
A bit of an incomplete tutorial for someone who does not know what the pen tool is used for…you never say what it’s ultimate usefulness is, other than creating paths.
not very clear. as the pen tool is hardly visible. you should consider changing colour so that it is more obvious. also should zoom in.

Thanks a ton for your tutorial. I have always been confused of how to use the pen tool. Every tutorial about the pen tool that I have found and watched NEVER tells me about the alt key. Thanks a ton. I can finally get some work in.

those sound effect thingys when u step back or click atl ect is annoying……

It sounds like you’re typing while you’re using the PS pen tool. LOL.
Thanks for clearing up the behavior of this tortuous device.
Right click with the pen tool selected and click make selection. Then you can go to edit fill or whatever.
