Select the character by using the lasso tool or use the magic wound on the background of the character and then reveres it so that it will be only around the character. Then copy the character and then past it and the character will become a layer that you can use the outer glow on. However I can’t get this to work because once I put the background that I want my character to be in the glow disappear and if I “close the eye” of the background the glow reappears Can any one help me with that?
You wouldn’t happen to know if/how this is possible with Corel PSP would you?
