I am producing a newspaper, and I need to put text over an image. How do I make the image light/translucent enough so that black text will show up in front? The image is a deep orange, if it makes a difference. We use the .eps format for normal pictures; do I have to reformat the picture (it’s a .jpg)? Please help!
