This is a basic overview of my painting process in Photoshop. It’s not impressive looking, but it encompasses the majority of my workflow in just a few minutes. one-vox.deviantart.com www.vandalhigh.com

IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS READY FOR DEVIANT ART! LMFAOOOOOO
Um, i have photoshop elements, how can I change the flow for that?
@LilC1010 its a tablet, you know its a tablet when the width and color of the stroke changes during eatch stroke
did you use a tablet or a mouse???
@doodlezraven changing the brush size is the square brackets (to the right of P, just to clarify) as far as changing colours with keys the only keys i know are ‘D’ sets it to the default colours, so white and black and ‘X’ flips the foreground and background colours.
I think i’ve watched this about 7 times now and i still don’t understand how when you begin to shade the strokes become smaller even though the brush size remains the same size
well i need to know something. How can i change size of my brush on hotkeys? Like at 1:43 !!? Pls help me for that and i wanna know how can i change colors on hotkeys without do not open color bar
i’m working with 300 dpi for my comic . it seems pretty high and good quality, but you say it is only the minimum you should use? if I wanted to print my 300 dpi painting , would it look like crap?
this is a good tutorial=] thanks!
Amazing how simple it is :D
This is the MOST comprehensive video tutorial “out there” . Thank you.
@UniversalWhatnot well if you can’t find it it probably isn’t there
You wouldn’t believe how much this helped me. I just got a tablet, and I wanted to start painting like this, but I couldn’t figure out how to do all that fading jazz and whatnot. Now I know. And now I also know that you can hold alt to select colors. Thank you so much.
Hello internet, I have Photoshop Elements 7.0 and I can’t seem to find the “Flow” info for the brushes! Any help? Or do I need to get an upgrade?
Thanks to u. i was able to understand how they paint it smooth and i enjoyed painting my work. Last time i remember. I keep using BURN tool and its so frustrating.

Its worth buying a tablet. Usually people go for a Wacom Tablet. Even though i have one i still sometimes use my touch pad on my laptop depending on what im doing.

Actually it served the purpose of demonstrating the work flow a photoshop painter would go through if he/she were to upload a physical drawing. It doesn’t matter how basic of a drawing it is. Its just to show solely the idea of uploading an image. He does say “despite its total lack of definition”.
