@iSilversaku Sorry–Elements does not support layer masks on pixel layers, only on Adjustments like Levels, so this tutorial will only go so far with Elements.

use the eraser tool with a fuzzy setting. Just cut out the parts not too close to the subject with the lasso tool or anything else. Then erase what’s still around the subject. Usually comes out very precise and u can always edit it
