How do you add layers?
Hey this tut is amazing. I did this in elements 8 and it work out good apart from elements having a few things in a few different places. BTW their is no pen tool in elements so i just carefully drew it with the paint brush. It turned out awesome! Thanks :D
@xXxlilaznboyxXx photoshop element is not a very good photoshop for some aspects its amazing. but for this kind of editing/animating you going to want cs2 – cs5

How do you download the brushes? When I try to it saves them as a zipped folder not a brush file
