I’m a freelancer graphic designer. I was contacted by a graphic design company who wants me to join their Graphic design business. They know of my quality work and reputation. I will like to stay as a freelancer but I also will like to work with them to make extra cash. What type of agreement should I make with them? What percentage $$ should I agree upon with them?
