So I’ve created a blog design in photoshop, but I don’t have any way of coding it for blogger/blogspot.
I mainly just want the banner for the top.
Suggestions on what to do besides learn html (it’s not happening)?

From the home page when you first log in, click on the “Edit Layout”
Then click on the “Edit” link located in the “Header” area of the template that is displayed.
This will bring up a page that will let you upload an image to blogspot.
You can also contact the people at blogspot and they will help you design a blog page for free. They will do all the HTML manipulation for you.
Click customize, choose layout tab, choose page elements, click edit header, in the pop up- image from your computer browse, choose the file and upload. Choose placement and click save changes. No html.
