I am not rich but i am willing to pay for joomla templates, but i am not sure if i am going to stay in joomla so i hope they give me in html/php/css design code, so if i leave joomla i still have it.
Now i want to buy a joomla hosting template, that once i buy it, no one else can have it. (its actually remove from the list).
So in conclusion if you guys could give me a link for a joomla hosting template and that the template i buy gives me the html/css/psd/php source, so if i don’t use joomla i can still use it.

There are websites which offer temapltes to buy but I would recommend non-exclusive template clubs. They can give you enough flexibility to personalise your site and a wide range to choose from and you can change when you want, for example:
