I’m a graphic designer/desktop publisher. I like to travel over the weekend, but would like to hove something to do when I get back to the hotel (I don’t rent tv shows). Are there any laptops available that could run my design programs – Photoshop, Illustrator/Freehand, Painter, Quark – if I saved all my work to disc? Or should I just get a backup hard drive?

I am a visually inclined person in high school and am interested in a career that will let me be creative but still have high wages. I am good with spacial arrangement, style, and graphic design stuff. I thought about advertising but have heard that the creative aspect is only a small part of that world and I wouldn’t make much money. Anyone who knows of such a career please let me know!
