I know wee bit of Corel Draw and Macromedia Flash and little of Photoshop which I learnt myself through its in-built tutorials, online and trial and error.
What I don’t know is how to enhance what little I know to make professional looking images (right now they look little amateurish).
I would like to
>> create logos
>> collages
>> create images
>> do simple animation and
basically be able to draw graphics and maintain my website. There are tons of courses available and I really don’t know which ones to take!
Basically draw images and make website like this one- http://www.image.edu.in/courses-certificate-courses.asp
I positively want to join a course for graphic and web design….can you suggest what are the softwares I should go for??

Hi from France
It’s YOUR choice that is important for YOU, not OUR …. Pick the one you think is the best for YOU so …
Have a nice day,
Cat.
My daughter was interested in animation and went to California State Summer School for the Arts program. She learned alot in a short amount of time. They take kids as young as 15. It’s great you are learning different software programs, but there are plenty more to learn. Look online at jobs and see what they require for their positions. You can also choose to work for yourself by doing freelance work. If you decide to be a website graphic designer and want to do animation then I would suggest you learn a program called “Flash”. You will also need to learn basic HTML code. I have added a link below to help you with that. My suggestion is to sit down with a counselor at your school and discuss which route to take in completing a degree or a certificate program.
for graphic design, use Adobe Illustrator, for animation, use Adobe Flash.
