If you look at the video around 3:50, you will see where I clicked on it. Sometimes the Interactive Envelope tool is hidden in the Interactive Blend Tool. So if you find this tool, then click and hold on it, which will give you other options and you can find the Interactive Envelope tool. Feel free to email me though my website for more help if needed.
