I have been at my job now for over 4 year; so say close to 5 years. I am from Ontario so the answers should be based on where i live. I am the head of my department (which is a sign company) and do alot of the jobs that come into the comapny. My job entails talking to customers quoting doing up the artwork required for them shipping and receiving answering the phone setting up a scheduale for installations and manufacturing. i wanna get my hair bleached its currently drak brown, not naturally.. i need ideas cuz my job was for summer only.. NO I WILL NOT DO ANYTHING PG-13 or rated more..i need real anwsers not nothng stupid or a waste of my time. thank you. i am a graphic design student, i also do photography and i can cook too it this helps with any ideas.

ok, the challenge was to create an album cover for a new band.
this is what it said about the band:

I would like to either go to an art/design school or major in business in college. I enjoy doing graphic design and would like to do that as a career but it pay too well. Being in debt from the art school won’t help much either. Or I could save money and go to a state school major in business and have a better potential salary. Which sounds like the better choice?

I do a lot of websites and logo works for clients but I have never designed a t-shirt and have no idea what the going rate would be. It is a somewhat complex design that they plan to sell. Think urbanoutfitters graphic tees.
I charge a flat rate, not hourly fees. Any thoughts on a price quote?

What a good flat rate would be for doing the following for a company:
