But he crashed the laptop from so many viruses from LimeWire. So guess what, he got on our desktop and got LimeWire and messed it up. Im 15 and make money by producing rap/rnb beats or instrumentals and sell them online. I want to be a producer when I get older. And I have spent well over $2000 for professional programs to use. I dont want to be broke forever and if I go for art direct i will owe tons of money and will have to sacrifice alot to get there. I also considered hairdressing but not sure if i should spend 10 thousand for 1 year if i dont succeed in it. I was a dental assistant and it was not for me but my grandma spent…

Posted on November 2nd, 2010 by David Montgomery Jr.
I’m very old at age 26. I recently graduated with my degree in graphic design and art. I have a job that’s related to my field but it’s only part time. I have been looking for a second job. The economy has been very sh*tty so I been looking for jobs outside my field. I have an interview this Wednesday for a job I’m not interested in and that could be very stressful: doing food service in a hospital. If I get offered something there, I hope it will be overnight, and then I can have two jobs since I…

Art Schools in Los Angeles. ?

Posted on November 1st, 2010 by David Montgomery Jr.
I would like to know about good Art colleges in Los Angeles area. I have done some research and the results were nothing but schools with rushed programs and put-together educations (AI, Devry etc.) I want a real education in Graphic Design. To learn the basics, and move on to higher education. My goal is not to make money, is to get a well rounded, effective education. Any artists out there with the same interest in mind, and perhaps a suggestion? P.S: I got accepted at the Art Center College of design. I did not attend because of…

I am for sure.. going to be taking a two year program for an associates in Graphic Design.. to help support me financially. I am able to add on some credits .. taking some extra fine arts classes and business classes. Which works out to be less costly.. then me having to pay out of pocket to do. Hopefully.. this will enable me to get a good paying job to support myself once out. The…

I’m so anxious, mainly due to the economy and panic from unwanted calls on my cell phone.?

Posted on October 30th, 2010 by David Montgomery Jr.
Sorry so long but… I graduated college last May in graphic design and I’m only a seasonal employee who does art work at Six Flags. Since August, it has been the worst four months of my life. That’s how long I’ve been job searching and all I got out of it so far was 5 interviews, no offers, I followed up. I even applied places outside my field of study. I’m came close to risking my life by joining Labor Ready. There’s a 99% chance of me going back to my seasonal job when the park opens in March–I’ve turned…
