How much should I expect to pay for a web designer to design me a custom MT or Drupal template?

Posted on August 14th, 2010 by brian3 shouts
We need a content management website that visually captures our brand image. I am going through freelancer sites such as Elance to find a web designer who do design for Drupal or MT. I am trying to get accurate expectations on how much it would cost. I don’t need to go beyond the core modules of Drupal (or functions of MT), I just need to give it a makeover.
