Our company is planning to outsource website design. Will we “own” the design / have the right to edit?

Posted on March 18th, 2010 by brian3 shouts
That is, will we “own” or have access to the source files (eg .psd, .fla, .js etc) and not just the final design, images, animations (eg .jpg, .swf)? We want to be the one to maintain the website. We know web design well (HTML, CSS, Flash etc). But we’re outsourcing because we’re only technical and not artistic. =D Hope you get what I mean. Help? =) Image taken on 2007-06-24 16:06:04. Posted on January 24th, 2010 by brian2 shouts
I am building a webpage using alot of css (my first time). I read elsewhere that it is unwise to use css tags to create styles that can be created with straight html- because a viewer may have css shut off and no style is apparent. I have tried using for my first heading but I do not like the look of it ( I much prefer my css styled design>. Is there a way to get that style to become heading 1? Like I want to use and amke it appear…

I checked the Adobe help and followed the instructions of selecting the Type tool, select the layer and then click in the existing text area to edit. It keeps creating a new freakin’ layer. What am I missing? I’m so tired of futzing with this. There’s times when I click in the text…
