How good is Parsons School of Design? Which area does the school excel? e.g. interior design, fashion, graphic
I’m a Hong Kong student and planning to come to the states for Uni. I would really want to do either advertising design or marketing, or interior design sort of majors.
Do you have any recommendations apart from Parsons?
Im pretty sure I will have enough marks from my IB grade, so academics requirement is not that of a constraint to me.

I am a self-taught graphic designer. I can honestly say I am extremely talented, but I have yet to find a way to put it to good use. I want freedom to be 100% creative all day long. Right now I work two jobs, and I tried to get a small graphic design business off the ground, but it doesn’t seem to be working out. I need help finding my creative outlet that will also allow me to make a little money at least.

My fiance has an associates in mechanical design engineering. He was originally going for graphic design, i dont know why he stopped.
He made our wedding invitations, and he is just amazing!
I am so so impressed! He showed me what he has done in the past too.
Is there any way he could get a graphic design job if he created a portfolio of his work even though he is a mechanical design major?
