Best horizontal css image rollover menu?

I’m looking for something similar to this: http://www.coremediadesign.co.uk/website_design_company/about_core_media_design.html What are the best options available for such a menu? It needs to keep the active tab a different color and use three images for the rollover effect. Must also be usable in IE6. Thank you.
