Question by bluebell: Need help: Market Research for new graphic design business…?
I would really appreciate anyone’s input. What would you pay for a logo for a small business? I would include a logo, business card, and brochure. What is a realistic price for a package like this?

Question by Miss Chang: I have a webhosting & graphic design business, do I need a business license?
I have a webhosting and webdesign business over at http://batlightning.org (check it out if you need hosting, we have cheap plans!)
I was wondering if me and my other staff member need a business license? Is not having one illegal?

Answer by PhaiyleIt depends on were you are. But most places. YES. Its illegal to have a business running with out one. If they find out you could be shut down

I have a small freelance design “business” now, and I am wanting to go full-time. I just don’t know the legalities, if I need to register w/ the county (business name and what not).
