So I’m designing and coding a website that has several pages. When I am updating the navigation, header, or footer I would like the changes to appear on all the web pages so I don’t have to manually update every page.
How do I call the html/css of the header and navigation from a different file?

I am designing a newsletter using Adobe Indesign cs3. I am trying to email this newsletter to people in HTML format. How do I do that? Or is there another format I can convert it to (other than PDF) that EVERYONE I send it to will be able to open and read?

I love designing custom store designs for other people on and off of eBay. I am thinking about selling my auction templates too. At the moment, I have some very cool templates with glitter around the borders. All of the templates that you see in my listings are very similar to what I hope to be offering in the near future.
Please do a Yahoo search on my store name and check out all of my cool creations! Give me some feedback on my work. I love to hear from others.=)
Thanks and have a blessed day,
