The sin city effect is basically the effect where everything is in grayscale (black and white) excpet for one or more color of your choice. Just a tutorial on how to make things phase in and out. Step 1: Create the item into a Symbol. Step 2: Envision how you want it to look. Step 3: Create the frames in the order.
