I’m a student and have some freelance background experience in developing website layouts and doing some graphic design. I want to commit to web design and learn a web language that will really help me get the skills I need to specialize as a Front End Web Designer.
I’m thinking of trying the following:
1) HTML & CSS from the ground up (hopefully then HTML5)
2) FLASH action scripting and then advanced action scripting
3) Learning Motion Graphic (i.e. 3D Studio Max)
Does any web designer out there know what the best way to go is? I hear…

I want to help my younger brother achieve his dream of studying animation or graphic design in Seoul, Korea. I did a search for a public university that has a dorm and accepts foreign students, I got one result: University of Seoul, they have a program for Industrial and Visual Design.
Any idea how much does it cost? Any other suggestions for institutes specialized in animation / graphic design? How much is the cost of life for a student in Seoul?
