I would like to design a nice blog on WordPress. I understand that I will need to upgrade to their premium version to get more features and options. That’s ok with me. What web techniques (things like CSS, HTML, etc..) should I need to design a nice blog? I have been working with HTML in Dreamweaver in designing a few websites but that was a “long” time ago!
